A great way to begin your Pilates journey at Denver Pilates Girl. This introductory package includes 3 private sessions, giving you the opportunity to experience personalized instruction while becoming comfortable in a small group setting.

Your private sessions will help establish a strong foundation, introduce you to the Classical Pilates method, and address your individual goals and needs. You’ll then have the opportunity to put your new skills into practice during small group equipment classes.

Package includes:
• 3 private Pilates sessions
• Valid for new clients only
• Package expires 60 days from purchase

Please note: Private sessions are 55 minutes and small group equipment classes are 50 minutes.
