Trio Cancellation & Group Size Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a Trio session.

If one participant cancels with 48 hours or more notice, the remaining two participants may continue the session as a Duet by paying the difference between their Trio rate and the applicable Duet rate.

For package holders, the difference is based on the package rate. For example, an 8-pack Trio is $45 per session and an 8-pack Duet is $54 per session, so the remaining participants would pay an additional $9 each.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice and no-shows are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. The remaining two participants may continue at their scheduled Trio rate.

If two participants cancel, the remaining participant may find another Trio participant or upgrade to a private session for an additional fee.
